Behaviour Styles Workshop!

This behavioural style program is designed to share with you just how VERY important it is to understand other people while networking.

In this workshop, we will teach you how to quickly recognise the behavioural “style” of anyone. Armed with this knowledge, you will be able to adapt your own communication style to quickly establish rapport and trust… with nearly anyone.

Understanding how each of the four major behavioural system act, interact and react are going to the be biggest keys to your success. Watch, listen and be prepared to LEARN a lot about yourself and other people.

Great learning from the workshop was that within the English language, you can learn four more
languages – that of the Go-Getter, Promoter, Nurturer and Examiner.

Yes, they speak `different` languages. Unless we appreciate and honour this aspect of human behaviour, we are unlikely to
strike a great rapport with more than just a few people.

Each style and motivation is different – the Go-Getters and

Examiners look for results, but their pace
and mechanism are different, whereas the Promoter needs fun and the Nurturer wants to build long term relationships.
